ISO accreditation

We are AN ISO 9001 ACCREDITED COMPANY. January 1999 saw the culmination of several months of effort by the agency when we were awarded full ISO 9001 Accreditation. This confirms that we have all the administrative, financial, quality control and training procedures in place to live up to our promise of absolute quality in everything we do.

This is a major achievement.

Service industries like ours find it harder to gain Standards like this – they were often originally designed for manufacturing businesses. With people as our main asset, and our product something as intangible as advertising, quality control is often difficult to measure.
