Literature for Bryant Homes Hatching Green
Bryant Homes’ Hatching Green, Harpenden, development needed a vintage but fashionable marketing brochure to appeal to wealthy purchasers. The Aylesworth Fleming literature marketing team conceived, wrote, designed and produced this hi-spec, hi-quality brochure.
Suede-effect paper, spot UV, a hard back cover and silver foil were used to give the brochure its prestigious feel.
Black and white photography and exclusive headlines were also used to complement the identity. The treatment was integrated across all launch marketing collateral.
