At Pointcentral, purchasers have plenty of viable reasons to buy an apartment. The development has a great central location, easy access to the park, station, shops, communal roof terrace and the apartments themselves feature a high specification. All this information needed to be conveyed in the campaign, so ads had to be kept simple.
Buttons were used with symbols to represent each selling point and the copy, deliberately concise and explicit. This innovative campaign was hugely successful.
