Literature Marketing Portfolio for Crest Nicholson

As the final phase in Crest Nicholson’s Port Marine development, Finale’s marketing brochure needed to make an impact. The chosen name Finale, meaning the closing section of a musical composition, summed up the culmination perfectly and allowed the AFL literature marketing division to have some fun creatively.

The musical composition theme gave way to a structurally sound cover and a visual, timeless identity that can be taken across various media. The use of blue foil represented the development’s close proximity to the water’s edge and copy complemented the relaxed style.
